Return & Refund Policy

At Dyasco New York, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.

Please read this policy carefully before initiating a return request.


Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be submitted within 14 days after delivery of the item.
  • Items may only be returned after they have been physically received by the customer.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original condition.
  • All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories must still be attached and included.
  • Trying on products is permitted, but products showing signs of wear or use cannot be accepted.
  • Products ordered in multiple sizes, variations, or quantities with the intention of partially returning them may be refused at our discretion.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return once opened or used.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the full responsibility of the customer.
  • International return shipping fees, customs charges, import duties, and any related expenses are non-refundable and must be paid by the customer.
  • We strongly recommend using a shipping method that includes tracking and insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without valid tracking information.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Step 1 — Contact Us

Email our support team at Info@dyasco.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Full name
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the product if applicable

Step 2 — Receive Return Instructions

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, you will receive the return address and detailed return instructions.

Please do not send any items back without prior authorization.

Step 3 — Ship the Item

Return the item using a secure shipping method with tracking information.

The customer remains responsible for the package until it has been successfully delivered to the designated return address.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Please allow up to 14 business days for processing after the returned item has been received and approved.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that do not meet the return conditions outlined in this policy.


Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Info@dyasco.com.

To speed up the resolution process, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

We will review the situation and provide an appropriate solution.


Order Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.
  • Address correction requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may no longer be able to modify shipping details.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not liable for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your package is delayed, lost in transit, or marked delivered but not received, we recommend contacting the carrier directly first. We will assist where reasonably possible.
