All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Please note:

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays
  • Processing times may be extended during high-demand periods, promotional events, or holidays
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information

Orders cannot always be modified or canceled once processing has started.


Estimated Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time is generally between 3–7 business days, depending on your location and shipping conditions.

Please understand that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to:

Shipping Origin

To offer competitive pricing and a broad product selection, orders may be shipped directly from our international fulfillment partners and suppliers.

Depending on product availability and destination, shipments may originate from overseas warehouses, including fulfillment centers located in Asia.


Customs, Duties & Import Fees

Depending on your country’s regulations, international shipments may occasionally be subject to:

  • Clearance fees

These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by local customs authorities.

Dyasco New York has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Selected shipping method

Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before payment is completed.


Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after shipment confirmation.

Customers are responsible for monitoring the tracking status of their shipment.


Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

Please note:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delays or failed delivery attempts
  • Address correction requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order
  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.


Delivered Packages

Once tracking information confirms that a package has been successfully delivered to the provided address, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

We are not liable for:

  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation
  • Delivery issues caused by incorrect address information
  • Missed delivery attempts by the carrier
